Rbajii's Terms & Conditions — Fully in English

1 General Provisions

Rbajii is an online Sports Betting and gaming platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between Rbajii and its users.

By accessing, browsing, or using the Rbajii platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

These terms may be updated at any time. Users will be notified of any changes in a timely manner. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.

• These terms are published in Bengali, and the Bengali version shall be considered the definitive version.
• Rbajii reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue its services at any time without prior notice.
• It is the user's own responsibility to read and understand these Terms.

2 Account Registration

The following requirements must be met to open an account on Rbajii:

• Age Restriction: You must be at least 18 years of age. Accounts found to belong to minors will be closed immediately and any deposited funds may be forfeited.
• Single Account: Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same individual, all of them will be closed.
• Accurate Information: Accurate and truthful information must be provided at the time of registration. Submitting incorrect or false information will be treated as a violation of these terms.
• Contact Information: A valid mobile number and email address must be provided.
• Password Security: Users are responsible for keeping their account password confidential. Sharing your password is strictly prohibited.

Account registration is completely free — no registration fee applies. However, at least one deposit must be made within a specified period to keep your account active.

3 Account Verification (KYC)

Rbajii follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) process to ensure security and prevent fraud. KYC verification is mandatory before making a withdrawal or after depositing beyond a certain amount.

The following documents may be required for KYC verification:

• A clear photo of your National ID (NID) or passport
• A recent photo of yourself (selfie)
• Proof of address (if required)
• Proof of payment method ownership

KYC verification is typically completed within 24–72 hours. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete. If verification fails, Rbajii reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close the account.

4 Deposit Policy

Deposits on Rbajii must be made using approved payment methods. Currently supported options are:

• Mobile Banking: Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket
• Cryptocurrency: USDT (TRC-20)
• Bank Transfer: Selected Banks

Important Terms for Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount will be displayed on the payment page.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 1–5 minutes.
• No additional charges apply for deposits.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
• Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

5 Withdrawal Policy

The following conditions must be met to make a withdrawal from Rbajii:

• KYC verification must be completed.
• Your account must have a sufficient balance.
• The minimum withdrawal amount must be met.
• Withdrawals may be restricted if you have an active bonus until the wagering requirements are met.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.

Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit. Exceptions may require additional verification. Rbajii reserves the right to suspend or cancel any withdrawal request deemed suspicious.

6 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Rbajii offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms, which are detailed on the bonus page. General bonus terms include:

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered at a specified multiplier before withdrawal (typically 10x–30x).
• Validity: Each bonus has a set expiry date. Any unused bonus will be cancelled once the validity period ends.
• Eligible Bets: Not all bets count toward bonus wagering requirements. Only bets placed at or above the minimum specified odds will be counted.
• Single Bonus: Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Abuse Policy: Any attempt to abuse bonuses will result in the bonus being forfeited and the account suspended.

7 Betting Rules

The following rules apply when placing bets on Rbajii:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits are set individually for each market.
• If an event is cancelled, the bet will be considered void and a full refund will be issued.
• If a match ends in a tie or draw, settlement will follow the rules of the relevant market.
• Odds may change during live betting due to server delays.
• Rbajii reserves the right to void any bets placed at clearly incorrect odds.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Rbajii platform:

• Multi-Accounting: Creating or using multiple accounts.
• Bonus Abuse: Artificial bets or transactions made with the intent to claim bonuses.
• Match Fixing: Involvement in match-fixing or manipulation of event outcomes.
• Arbitrage Betting: Attempting to profit through systematic arbitrage.
• Hacking: Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's systems.
• Fraud: Use of fake identification or false information.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for illegal money laundering.

If a violation of these prohibitions is found, the account will be closed immediately, the balance will be forfeited, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

Rbajii may temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• In cases of fraud or suspicious activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification.
• Extended period of inactivity.
• At the user's own request.

Users may request to close their account at any time. Any remaining balance will be returned after verification; however, any bonus balance will be forfeited.

10 Limitation of Liability

Rbajii is not liable for the following:

• Losses arising from internet connectivity issues.
• Delays or errors on the part of third-party payment providers.
• Issues arising from inaccurate information provided by the user.
• Events or circumstances beyond the platform's control (force majeure).
• Issues with the user's device or network.

Rbajii strives to maintain maximum uptime at all times. However, brief service interruptions may occasionally occur for technical maintenance, and advance notice will be provided.

11 Responsible Gaming

Rbajii takes responsible gaming seriously. We believe betting is a form of entertainment, not a path to addiction.

• Users may set their own daily or weekly deposit limits.
• A cool-off period can be set for a temporary break from gaming.
• Permanent self-exclusion requests are available upon request.
• Account lock is available at any time.
